Standard Chartered and Emirates Airlines launch co-branded credit card

Standard Chartered bank and Emirates Airlines launched a new co-branded credit card today. The credit card is aimed at frequent travelers offering various travel related benefits.

The Standard chartered and Emirates co-branded credit card will be available in two variants Titanium and Platinum. The credit card will allow users to earn ‘skyward miles’ against any purchases made on the credit card. 

Card holders will get access to over 500 airport lounges, free enrollment into the Emirates frequent flyer program and earn 4 reward miles for every Rs.100 spent. These miles can be used to get free flight tickets and upgrades on Emirates and its airline partners and can also be redeemed in exchange for products at other non-airline partners. A comprehensive travel insurance of $1 million is also provided to card holders.
